Apprentice Customer Service Advisor
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic, fast paced world of retail, helping people and developing yourself in this rewarding new role. Westbury Inks are a busy printing shop in Westbury on Trym and are looking for an apprentice to join the team to help deliver the outstanding customer service which they have a reputation for.

Working in a small, friendly team, you will learn:
- Serving customers in their busy printing shop and helping with enquires such as photocopying, supplying ink cartridges and completing printing order forms.
- Working with the team to provide outstanding customer service
- Working with computers using design packages such as Illustrator (training will be provided)
- Stock management and stock ordering
- Repairing customers printers (training will be provided)
- Using various digital printers & finishing equipment ie. guillotine, creasing machine etc..
- Using the till system

- Enthusiastic, committed and confident
- Highly motivated with an eye for detail
- An excellent communicator with the ability to maintain positive relationships
- Be able to work under pressure and to be able to multitask
Customer Service Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as communication skills, understanding the organisation and customer experience.
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Customer Service Level 2 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded customer service professional. You will learn in detail about influencing skills, dealing with challenges, team working & much more.
These modules are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in an increasingly competitive field, boosting your future earning potential.
