Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity for a confident and driven person to start a career in property. KLM Retail are an independent retail and leisure property agency based just off Regent Street, with over 30 years experience. They work on some of the most exciting retail destinations in London and worldwide and are looking for a Business Administration apprentice to help support the team, and learn all about supporting a leading property business.

Responsibilities

Supporting a friendly team of property experts, you will enjoy learning a vast range of skills in this interesting and varied role.

You will learn:

  • Identifying retail stores for brands
  • Researching exciting up and coming retail brands
  • Marketing and leasing retail units
  • Producing schedules of available shops and restaurants
  • Arranging and shadowing property inspections
  • Obtaining strong knowledge of central London streets ad neighbourhoods
  • Supporting administrative tasks as required
  • Communicating with tenants and landlords via the telephone and email

Person specification:

  • Interest in property and a passion for retail
  • IT literate (MS Office, social media)
  • Looking to improve written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident and outgoing (you will be taught communication skills to give you the confidence to interact with brands, colleagues and business professionals)
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to be the best
  • Eagerness to work as part of a team to be the best in the industry

Business Administrator Training

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
