The Goals
In 2018, ZiaBia were looking to grow their team but wanted to be able to model their perfect employee and more importantly offer a young person a life-changing career opportunity into the events industry. In we stepped and offered the best advice and support to work around their businesses’ needs. One year later, ZiaBia has continued to grow and with the success of the apprenticeship programme, they decided it was time to expand again and taking on another apprentice, was the obvious choice!
The Solution
Put simply the solution to ZiaBia’s goals were the amazing apprentices Charlotte and Emma. We used our recruitment matching process to align them to ZiaBia. Where they have both gone from strength to strength within the company.
