Mental Wellbeing

At Professional Apprenticeships we completely understand that we all sometimes need support with our mental health. The level of support can range hugely from a chat with a friend to seeking ongoing support through the NHS. We also appreciate that we might need different levels of support; so, if you’d like to speak to someone about how you’re feeling, below are some support options we feel could help.

The important thing is to not suffer in silence, so:

Pick up the phone and talk to us – +44 (0)117 422 4000

We are always here for you, we can advise you on local places you can receive support, but most importantly just be there to listen.

Speak to your doctor or phone 111
