The Goals
Rebecca had already been working at the Sales Coaching Solutions for a year when she and Alison decided that It would be a good idea for Rebecca to gain new skills in marketing.
The objective for Professional Apprenticeships was to introduce key training in digital marketing techniques that suited Rebecca’s work life balance.
The Solution
We combined monthly off the job sessions with an online learning platform filled with practical skills in various areas of marketing. From google ads to Mobile Marketing so that Rebecca could target the areas that she wanted to develop in balance with her day to day work. Allowing her to build campaigns in the right channels for Sales Coaching Solutions ltd. Therefore impressing her manager Alison with her new found skills.
