You’ll be helping clients resolve a variety if IT issues, as well as getting stuck in with repairing computers.

Responsibilities 

From a modern office in South Bristol that’s never shy of a few cakes, you’ll be working with the support team in this varied and interesting role.

You will learn:

  • Building and repairing PCs
  • Managing software
  • Supporting clients with IT and tech issues
  • Diagnosing 1st line support cases with the help and support of the rest of the team
  • Working onsite with clients

Training

Alongside your role, you will study towards your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Information Communications Technician, delivered by professional Apprenticeships via a mixture of monthly classroom sessions and 1-1 tutorials.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering such topics as IT security, data, remote infrastructure, maintenance processes and the elements and architecture of computer systems and loads more
