The Goals
Jason Owen – Managing Director of Owen IT came to Professional Apprenticeships looking for support in taking on his first member of staff.
This decision was crucial to the growth of his business so we needed to make sure that the applicant was a perfect match.
The Solution
Using our 100 point vetting system we matched Jason with Lewis. Helped arranged interviews and when Lewis got the job enrolled him onto his Level 3 infrastructure Technician apprenticeship. Lewis absolutely smashed his apprenticeship, surprising Jason with the amount that he was able to learn.
So much so, that Jason came to Professional Apprenticeships again to recruit Sam, his next apprenticeship and second employee.
