Junior Assistant – Administration/Accountancy (Apprentice) – Bristol, City Centre

They’re a dynamic and highly skilled business who are experienced in developing apprentices and have helped tens of apprentices transition into fully accredited accountants. Corrigan understand the value of developing apprentices, and they practice what they preach. You will be working closely with the office manager to support the company’s partners and managers.

Successful candidates will thrive on the dynamism and faster pace of a smaller business. You will need to demonstrate a strong ability to learn and focus on carrying out tasks to a high level.

Responsibilities

Working from a modern office space in Bristol City Centreyou’ll learn a variety of skillsandreceive expert 1-2-1 tuition from the highly skilled and experienced team at Corrigan.

You will learn and support with:

  • Preparing letters on behalf of managers and partners, as requested
  • Diary management of managers and partners
  • Sorting and scanning post and distributing to the relevant manager
  • Managing incoming calls, emails & queries
  • Greeting clients and being first point of contact queries
  • Organising business meetings
  • Assist with returning client records
  • Filing paper client documents
  • Scanning documents and saving down to relevant files (helping us towards going paperless)
  • Liaise with Corrigan’s IT company to replace IT equipment
  • Drafting LinkedIn posts
